Vice President
Dana is VP of Business Development for M&A. She is an experienced financial and business development executive, having been a VP in retail banking and business banking, as well as a licensed investment advisor, and director of M&A for an operating group of Constellation Software.
Dana graduated Magna cum Laude with a BS in Economics and minor in Finance while working full time as a single mother. She has been President of Omicron Delta Epsilon, the International Honors Economics Society, Chapter President of Business Networking International where she won Rookie of the Year and Member of the Year, and served as Board Member and Treasurer of the Board for The Florida Center for Early Childhood.
Additionally, Dana is a graduate of the Leadership Sarasota and the Harris Foresee programs, and was awarded the Wall Street Journal Award for Excellence in Economics.
Dana is now the proud mom to a blended family of 5 amazing humans, who occasionally drive her a little crazy while she drives them everywhere else. Her favorite things are traveling, boating, cooking, serving others, and more traveling!

Moiz is a Vice President at Union Software Group. His current focus is on deal origination, where he is tasked with building quality relationships with software business owners, identifying growth opportunities, and recognizing potential synergies. With nearly 7 years of experience in the M&A space, Moiz has developed a keen understanding of the industry. He has cultivated robust relationships with thousands of business owners, CEOs, and executives, recognized common pain points, helped address their challenges, and shared effective strategies.
Prior to joining Union Software Group, Moiz was a Director at one of the largest software acquirers in the world. He helped deploy millions into new acquisitions, developed and led robust teams, grew pipelines, and closed multiple software acquisitions.
Moiz holds a BBA from the University of Toronto. Outside of work, you will most likely find him at the gym—but not in the cardio section!
